Per Nilsson is the lead guitarist of Scar Symmetry, a Swedish melodic death metal band that since its formation in 2004 has become a benchmark for the genre. His work on albums like 'Pitch Black Progress' (2006) and 'Dark Matter Dimensions' (2009) set a technical and compositional standard rarely matched in extreme metal.
